This property was purchased in 2018 from one of our clients, and thoroughly remodeled and sold as a rental and investment property. We replaced all of the flooring, interior/exterior doors, casing & trim, showers, resurfaced the pool and installed custom knotty alder cabinets with granite countertop. Some features are: the all stone master shower with rainfall waterheads, new pebble plaster pool surface, painted brick, and a spacious formal dining with room with over 15' ceilings.
Cumberland Trail, Plano House Renovation
This property is was purchased from one of our clients as an investment / immediate flip. This was a complete remodel similar to the Birchmont property. We replaced the roof, siding, windows, & gutters. We installed an 8' double front door as well as new garage and exterior doors. The pool was resurfaced with a pebble plaster and we installed a travertine coping. We painted the brick & Installed shutters. Inside all of the flooring, doors, casing & trim was replaced. All of the showers were completely re-done as well as the kitchen featuring J&K Cabinetry and white quartz tops. The back yard was sodded with Zorro Zoysia.
Las Colinas Condo, Irving Water Restoration
You could never tell, but this condo was flooded with a burst frozen sprinkler that required extensive sheetrock, insulation and flooring mitigation before the work could even begin. Once everything was dried out and ready to remodel, all of the flooring, cabinets, countertops, and showers were replaced. The condo is fully renovated and tenants are enjoying their brand new unit.
